Returns & Refund Policy

Damaged Items

If an item has been damaged in shipping, I will replace it.

The buyer will provide pictures or a short video demonstrating the damage to both packaging and the item.

Returns

I accept starting a return for all physical products within 30 days of the shipping date. If it is after 30 days from the shipping date, I generally will not accept a return.

  • These items must be in their original, unused and undamaged condition.
  • They must be packaged securely and shipped back to me within one week of the return being accepted, using USPS Ground Advantage which includes up to $100 insurance and tracking.
  • Return shipping is paid by the buyer. I will pay for any insurance that is over the $100 included in Ground Advantage.
  • After I receive the return, I will evaluate the condition of the items and send an email notifying whether the return is accepted and how the refund will be processed.

Ineligible for Refund

No refund is possible for purchased downloadable products. If you are having a problem with your downloadable product, please Contact Me and I will resolve it!

Fees paid for work done on commissions or graphic design are generally not refundable. The exception is during the Finishing stage of a commissioned artwork, if the buyer backs out while it is incomplete. Then I will evaluate time spent and refund a portion of the Finishing fee accordingly.
