I look around and see so many of us struggle to find connection. I struggle with it too. Having meaningful contact with those I love, and those I want to get to know better. So many things these days are deliberately designed to be disposable, and I see people including relationships in that category. But that’s not what people want, or need.

It’s hard to slow down these days. Our phones and social media demand our attention, which is shorter and shorter as we are constantly bombarded with more, more, more until we are overloaded, anxious, and just need some down time to gain some perspective on it all.
